It has been hard to align the same standards for those students because they need more attention because of the little resources we have Travis high.

Last week was such a blur because I was sick with quite possibly a mild sinus infection and sore throat. I was chewing cough drops during classes like they were tic tacs and coughing a lot so I was really trying to get better for this upcoming week. Students were well understanding of my condition and also took into consideration to really pay attention and listen as my voice was not the best.
Differentiating our instruction for our students such as our ESL students, my CT will give instructions that are on our monitor screen in spanish for our spanish speaking students so that way they have a sense of what is going on, what is expected of them and how they should do the coursework. Although they are progressing to where they are understanding in English the instructions or another student who understands English will help translate for us in spanish. For our pashto kids its more difficult. We dont have access or resources to transfer english to pashto or persian. Google translate is our only option. For example we have a student who only speaks english but loves working with our pashto speaking students and talks to them through google translate and tries to serve as an interpreter for those pashto speaking students.
